升华兰德(08106.HK)附属出售智慧城市解决方案业务 料录收益约45.6万人币
升华兰德(08106.HK)公布,公司全资附属浙江创建科技,与受让方贵州省广播电视信息网络股份订立股权转让协议,向对方出售合资公司的33%股权,即集团於合资公司中所持有的全部股权,代价为721.9万元人民币(下同)。
合资公司主要从事提供智慧城市解决方案,主要涉及贵服通服务平台及相关增值应用服务平台、大数据平台的建设与运营工作。
预期集团将因出售事项而录得未经审核收益约45.6万元,所得款项净额将用於一般营运资金用途。
