據報深圳全面堵截「經營貸」違規流入樓市
據《上海證券報》從深圳多家銀行了解到,自上周開始,深圳金融監管部門已聯合商業銀行啟動全面核查,向「經營貸」違規流入房地產市場亮劍,各商業銀行祭出實招堵截「假小微」套貸買房。
報道引述銀行相關人士表示,該輪穿透式核查將對「假小微」套貸買房,特別是「全款買房再抵押申請經營貸」現象起到顯著震懾作用,市場將逐漸走向規範。
