*ST大港(002077.SZ):5%以上股東王剛3282.75萬股將被司法拍賣
格隆匯3月15日丨*ST大港(002077.SZ)公佈,公司於近日收到上海金融法院對公司持股5%以上股東王剛出具的《執行裁定書》,主要內容為:金融法院裁定將拍賣、變賣王剛持有的公司股票3282.75萬股。如果本次拍賣成功,將導致王剛所持公司股份再次出現被動減持的情形。
截止本公吿披露日,王剛合計持有公司4777.3984萬股股份,佔公司總股本的8.23%;累計被司法凍結的數量為4777.3984萬股,佔其持有公司股份總數的100%。
