花旗:升融創中國(1918.HK)今明兩年盈利預測 目標價上調至51港元
融創中國(1918.HK)公佈全年業績後,獲花旗調高目標價9%至51港元,指融創在去槓槓及盈利增長方面表現俱佳,公司淨負債約1700億元人民幣,認為債務規模控制良好,而其成本亦有下調,土地併購策略審慎,重申買入評級。
花旗發表研究報吿指,融創穩定的利潤率及銷售增長加速,有助於公司實現2023年盈利年複合增長率達10%的目標。由於公司往績良好,估值又吸引,預期公司股份可獲重估。
花旗並已調升融創今年及明年盈利預測分別15.5%及21.1%。
