一心堂(002727.SZ)2020年度淨利潤升30.81%至7.9億元 擬10派3元
格隆匯 3 月 15日丨一心堂(002727.SZ)發佈2020年年度報吿,實現營業收入126.56億元,同比提高20.78%;歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤7.90億元,同比增長30.81%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤7.53億元,同比增長27.43%;基本每股收益1.3803元,擬每10股派發現金紅利3元(含税)。
2020年公司醫保門店覆蓋率持續提升,截止2020年12月31日鴻翔一心堂及其全資子公司醫保門店數達到6205家,相比2019年淨增加984家,同比2019年醫保門店數增長18.85%。2020年醫保門店數佔整體門店數的比重為86.12%,在2019年的基礎上提升2.8個百分點。報吿期內公司醫保刷卡銷售佔總銷售的41.81%。
針對藥事專業服務的市場需求,公司專門成立遠程藥事服務部推行“互聯網+藥學服務”,目前遠程藥事服務部已成立1年多,各項審方及開方業務均有序開展。公司遠程審方涉及平台有一心堂自建平台、平安好醫生、微問診等。2020年全年線上、線下審方突破1600萬單,月均審方135.23萬單。
2020年電商業務伴隨着疫情的推動,無接觸式購物方式成為大眾日常消費的重要組成部分。公司2020年電商業務總銷售1.97億元,是2019年電商業務總銷售的2.7倍。
電商業務按類型細分為O2O業務(自營和第三方)、B2C業務(自營和第三方)。截止2020年12月31日,公司O2O業務門店數達到4816家,覆蓋率達到門店總數的66.84%,O2O業務覆蓋面遍佈10個省份及直轄市。2020年O2O業務銷售佔比的提升,符合當前公司戰略規劃,公司依託連鎖門店網點的優勢,着重推動一心到家O2O自營業務的銷售增長。
通過2020年電商團隊的共同努力,O2O業務銷售結構得到較好的調整,自營O2O一心到家平台成為公司O2O業務的主力軍。自營O2O業務銷售的快速提升,為公司未來在電商業務上的發展提供更為廣闊的市場空間。
2020年O2O業務從行政區域來看,省會級和地市級城市依然是O2O業務銷售的重點區域。其中省會級城市O2O業務銷售佔比達到54.96%,客單價為35.06元;地市級城市O2O業務銷售佔比為32.17%,客單價為34.18元;縣級區域O2O業務銷售佔比為11.45%,客單價為38.61元;鄉鎮級區域O2O業務銷售佔比為1.41%,客單價為42.24元。2020年O2O業務從店羣分佈來看,商業區店和商住混合店是承接O2O業務銷售的重點。
