《周末楼市》一手登场带动二手成交上升 「维港汇I」周三再售123伙
周末一手楼市畅旺,录约250宗一手成交,其中由会德丰地产与信置(00083.HK)、嘉华国际(00173.HK)、世茂集团(00813.HK)及爪哇控股(00251.HK)联合发展的西九龙住宅项目「维港汇I」周六首轮开售,周末两日共售出约207伙,套现约25亿元。
信置营业部集团联席董事田兆源透露,「维港汇I」已公布第二轮销售安排,将於本周三发售108伙,另会有15伙以招标形式推售,合共售卖123伙。
另外,屯门「恒大.珺珑湾」周六周日共沽出14伙新单位;日出康城「SEA TO SKY」亦沽出8伙。此外,启德「GRANDE MONACO」、旺角「利奥坊.曦岸」、日出康城「LP10」等亦录得成交。
二手方面,据美联物业分行统计,刚过去的周末10大蓝筹屋苑合共录得约28宗买卖成交,较上周末升约7.7%,10个屋苑中,9个录得成交,而且自农历新年长假後,维持连续4个周末企稳20宗或以上的活跃水平。至於按15大屋苑计算,周末两天则录得约32宗买卖成交,与上周末相若。
至於中原地产十大屋苑本周末录得27宗成交,较上周末再升22.7%,数字连升2周,周末只有康怡花园录得零成交,其实9个屋苑均录交投,成交量介乎2至5宗,交投分布平均。
香港置业则指,港、九及新界十大二手指标蓝筹屋苑於周末两日合共录得15宗成交,连续四周维持双位数,与上周末20宗成交相比下降约25%。
