Oppo忧晶片短缺成新常态
据《日经》报道,全球第四大智能手机生产商Oppo认为未来数年5G及其他数据相关技术将带动需求,而晶片短缺情况将成新常态,公司海外业务负责人Scott Zhang指出,现时全球对运算能力的需求及数据使用有强劲增长,形容有爆炸性需求,而产能则仍未赶得上。
他认为时不仅科技行业参与竞争,汽车行业亦加入战团争取晶片及零部件资源,为供应链带来理力,估计亦是行业参与者需要面对及解决的重大挑战。他又指现时难言供应问题何时可解决,他期望情况在今年下半年有望缓和,虽然疫情对去年公司及行业表现均有影响,但估计今年市场将回复增长。
他又指公司正努力加强与旗盘机主要供应商的关系,同时亦会为中端机款寻求多个供货渠道,强调Oppo进取地入货以确保供应可应付全球经济复苏及5G手机的升势。(el/w) ~
