勝宏科技(300476.SZ)業績快報：2020年淨利升12.51%至5.21億元
格隆匯3月15日丨勝宏科技(300476.SZ)披露2020年度業績快報，報吿期內，公司實現營業收入56.01億元，同比增長44.18%；營業利潤5.95億元，同比增長14.16%；利潤總額5.93億元，同比增長14.82%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5.21億元，同比增長12.51%。主要源於:
1、優質客户與高端產品佈局戰略顯現成效，助力業績穩定增長。隨着全球疫情的持續，北美電子巨頭消費級產品出貨量增加，居家辦公與網絡授課趨勢興起，筆電、面板等相關產品需求增長，核心拳頭產品高端顯卡迭代升級，多重利好驅動公司訂單需求穩健增長。新能源汽車行業高景氣發展，帶動汽車電子領域PCB需求的快速擴張，公司持續深化與國際知名電動汽車企業的合作，產品覆蓋低壓與高壓等各個系列，成為又一重要的業績增長引擎。
2、公司技術能力顯著提升，高端產品產能釋放。報吿期內，公司HDI一期全面達產，HDI產品技術不斷升級，工藝控制水平趨於成熟，增長潛力顯現。5G事業部高端產品產能逐步釋放，產品平均層數提升，產品結構升級。同時，各廠區依據細分領域定位，合理安排生產產品的品種規格，實現產能與效益最大化。
3、公司研發及生產效率提升，助力企業發展良性循環。公司堅持自主研發與對外合作相結合，在自主研發、培養核心技術及人才的同時，引進行業先進的核心技術及人才，縮短高端產品的研發週期，高效完成產品量產，快速貢獻業績；此外，公司引進了先進的自動化品質監控系統，對生產過程進行全程在線監測和控制，保證產品品質的穩定性，促進公司降本增效。
報吿期內，公司淨利潤增幅小於營業收入，主要原因是2020年下半年以來，人民幣兑美元匯率大幅升值，給公司帶來了較大的匯兑損失，全年預計匯兑損失約為8436萬元，而去年同期匯兑收益為1902萬元，股權激勵費用1500萬元，新冠疫情產生防疫費用及口罩捐贈費用等。
報吿期末，公司總資產95.97億元，比期初增長37.25%；歸屬於上市公司股東的所有者權益37.26億元，比期初增長12.03%；歸屬於上市公司股東的每股淨資產4.7917元，比期初增長12.26%。
