廣州農商銀行(01551.HK)預計年度淨利潤下降約35%
格隆匯3月12日丨廣州農商銀行(01551.HK)發佈公吿,公司預計截至2020年12月31日止年度歸屬於股東淨利潤較2019年同期下降35%左右。本期業績預減主要由以下因素所致:(一)為應對「新冠」疫情,集團落實中國銀行保險監督管理委員會及營業所在地政府的政策要求,實施減費讓利等紓困惠企措施,影響淨利息收入及中間業務手續費收入等下降;及(二)根據《中國銀保監會辦公廳關於印發銀行理財存量資產處置工作方案的通知》的要求,集團處置表外存量理財業務的歷史包袱,影響資產減值損失增加。
同時,董事會謹此強調,集團預期利潤減少主要受外界環境及政策影響等客觀因素所致,集團業務仍處於理想的發展階段,集團將持續開拓業務發展,增強風險管控,優化和完善業務結構,推動集團的經營能力及盈利能力穩健提升。
