貝達藥業(300558.SZ)：董事、資深副總裁兼首席醫學官LI MAO辭職
格隆匯 3 月 12日丨貝達藥業(300558.SZ)公佈，公司董事會近日收到LI MAO (毛力)的辭職報吿，LI MAO因個人原因申請辭去公司第三屆董事會董事、資深副總裁兼首席醫學官職位，辭職後將不在公司擔任其他職務。
根據《公司法》、《深圳證券交易所創業板上市公司規範運作指引》和《公司章程》等相關規定，LI MAO的辭職報吿自送達公司董事會之日起生效，其原定董事任期為2019年11月22日起三年，原定高管任期至董事任期屆滿之日止。LI MAO的辭職不會導致公司董事會人數低於法定最低人數，不會影響公司董事會正常運作。LI MAO所負責的相關工作已進行了良好的交接，其辭去資深副總裁兼首席醫學官的職務不會影響公司的正常運營。
LI MAO於2018年4月起擔任公司資深副總裁兼首席醫學官，於2018年5月起擔任公司董事。LI MAO在任職期間分管公司臨牀研究和戰略合作工作，積極推動公司臨牀工作進展，指導公司與國內外優秀企業的戰略合作，為公司的發展做出了積極貢獻。
目前，公司副總裁兼臨牀管理和醫學事務負責人季東、副總裁李盈分別負責臨牀研究和戰略合作的具體業務，各個項目相關工作均在正常推進當中，LI MAO的辭職不會對公司經營產生重大不利影響。季東在建立及管理臨牀開發和醫療事務團隊等方面擁有30多年的豐富經驗，曾在諾華、西安楊森製藥有限公司、江蘇恆瑞醫藥股份有限公司等任職。李盈擁有15年藥物研發、商務拓展及戰略合作的經驗，自2017年加入公司，李盈帶領團隊與超過10家國內外優秀公司形成戰略伙伴關係，通過授權引進、合作開發及戰略投資擴充產品管線，包括EGFR和cMET雙特異性抗體MCLA129、EGFR三代藥BPI-D0316的引進，以及促成與Agenus的PD-1和CTLA-4產品合作項目。未來，公司將繼續圍繞腫瘤重要靶點的療法佈局，全力推進不同階段藥物的臨牀研究工作，同時發揮自主研發和戰略合作協同效應的優勢，開發出多模式、多靶向的產品組合，進一步探索聯合用藥和創新治療方案，拓展公司的產品管線和適應症範圍。
多年來，公司在以董事長兼首席執行官丁列明博士為核心的管理團隊帶領下，已經建立了完整的集新藥研發、臨牀研究、生產製造、商業銷售和戰略合作於一體的癌症創新藥開發及商業化平台，建立並不斷完善公司的銷售、研發、醫學、戰略合作體系，團隊結構完整，人才在崗充足，公司將繼續激勵團隊發揮創新能力以推動公司持續發展。
