AV策劃推廣(08419.HK)預計年度盈利不超800萬港元
格隆匯 3 月 12日丨AV策劃推廣(08419.HK)公佈,相對於截至2019年12月31日止年度的公司擁有人應占溢利約2450萬港元,集團預期於截至2020年12月31日止年度的公司擁有人應占溢利將錄得不多於約800萬港元。
根據目前可得資料,董事會認為,公司擁有人應占溢利減少主要由於(1)場所關閉及各地政府為防範新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19)疫情擴散而實施緊急公共衞生措施及各類舉措(如隔離令、旅遊警示、旅遊限制),於中國的活動延期及更改,導致收益下跌;及(2)就公司從聯交所GEM轉往主板上市的建議轉板上市而產生的非經常性專業開支。
