中富通(300560.SZ)：浙江中科、常德中科及永新融磊擬繼續減持公司股份
格隆匯 3 月 12日丨中富通(300560.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年9月10日披露了《關於公司股東減持計劃期限屆滿、完成及未來減持計劃的預披露公吿》(公吿編號：2020-068)，對股東浙江中科東海創業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“浙江中科”)、常德中科芙蓉創業投資有限責任公司(“常德中科”)以及對(原名：平潭富融商務信息諮詢有限公司)現更名為：“永新縣融磊商務信息諮詢中心(有限合夥)”(“永新融磊”)股份減持計劃進行公吿。浙江中科、常德中科因自身資金需要，擬減持公司股份，減持數量不超過206.154萬股，即不超過公司總股本的0.91%。永新融磊因自身資金需要，擬減持公司股份，338萬股，即不超過公司總股本的1.49%。
截至目前，較上述預披露公吿披露的減持期限已屆滿。浙江中科、常德中科在減持計劃期間內未減持所持有的公司股份。
永新融磊已於2020年9月16日-2020年12月24日通過集中競價減持216.47萬股，佔公司總股本的比例0.96%。
公司於近日收到股東浙江中科、常德中科《股份減持計劃吿知函》，浙江中科、常德中科因自身資金需要，在公吿發布之日三個交易日後的六個月內(2021年3月18日至2021年9月17日)，計劃通過競價交易或大宗交易等深圳證券交易所認可的合法方式減持公司股份。減持期間、減持數量和比例：
在公吿發布之日三個交易日後的六個月內(2021年3月18日至2021年9月17日)，減持股份不受限制。
截至公吿日，浙江中科持有公司股票189.0099萬股，佔公司總股本的比例為0.84%；常德中科持有公司股票38.154萬股，佔公司總股本的比例為0.17%。
2021年3月12日，公司收到股東永新融磊《股份減持計劃吿知函》，永新融磊因自身資金需要，在公吿發布之日三個交易日後的六個月內(2021年3月18日至2021年9月17日)，計劃通過大宗交易、集中競價等形式減持公司股份，減持數量不超過257萬股，即不超過公司總股本的1.14%。
