第一上海(00227.HK):預計年度淨虧不少於9000萬港元
格隆匯 3 月 12日丨第一上海(00227.HK)發佈公吿,相對集團截至2019年同期的溢利港幣1,100萬元,預期集團截至2020年12月31日止年度將錄得公司股東應占虧損不少於港幣9,000萬元。此預期虧損主要由於投資物業公允值收益因此等物業的銷售或租務回報的市場前境嚴峻而減少。
2020年,集團因2019冠狀病毒病全球爆發而遭遇(i)黃山物業銷售辦事處必需關閉;(ii)無錫和巴黎酒店按政府要求突然中止營運;及(iii)疫情期間,一般醫療服務的需求受到抑制,令使用集團於中環醫療中心的病患人數有所減少。以上所述的嚴重干擾,以及市場前境的挑戰,致使集團為其物業及醫療業務的約幹非流動資產作出減值。儘管集團將錄得綜合虧損的業績,唯大部份虧損來自非現金項目。董事會相信此結果不會為集團的財務帶來任何重大的負面影響。
