格隆匯3月11日丨迪馬股份(600565.SH)披露2020年年度報吿,實現營業收入212.71億元,同比增長7.99%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤18.03億元,同比增長25.89%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤15.06億元,同比增長13.73%;基本每股收益0.76元,公司擬向全體股東按每10股派送現金紅利0.80元(含税)。
公司主營業務分為房地產和專用車製造兩大板塊,長期堅持傳統與創新業務的並行發展,不斷尋求內生及外延式拓展,努力打造差異化競爭力,尋求高質量發展,並依託於房地產和專用車製造兩大主營業務的核心技術與資源優勢,協同互動、積極佈局打造產業發展板塊。其中:房地產業務及物業實現營業收入195.77億元,同比增長7.48%,工業業務實現營業收入9.76億元,同比增長3.24%。
