寶新金融(01282.HK)預期年度淨虧約2.5億港元
格隆匯 3 月 11日丨寶新金融(01282.HK)公吿,根據對集團截至2020年12月31日止年度未經審核綜合管理賬目及現有可得資料初步審閲,集團預期錄得(i)年度的收入減少,由截至2019年12月31日止年度的約108.88億港元至約78億港元及(ii)年度公司擁有人應占虧損約2.5億港元,而上一年度公司擁有人應占利潤約6.84億港元。
年度的預期減少主要歸因於(i)物業銷售減少約43億港元,原因為年度向客户移交的物業項目的規模較上一年度相對較小;(ii)投資物業的公允價值虧損約6億港元,而上一年度投資物業的公允價值收益約2400萬港元;及(iii)由於2019冠狀病毒病("Covid-19")疫情爆發,與文化體育業務的業績下滑有關的無形資產的減值虧損約4.2億港元。應對未來挑戰,集團將繼續採用有效措施,以積極優化成及努力促進業務復甦。
