衞星石化(002648.SZ)：擬與SKGC公司設合資公司 以建設、運營乙烯丙烯酸共聚物裝置項目
格隆匯 3 月 11日丨衞星石化(002648.SZ)公佈，2021年3月11日，公司全資子公司嘉興山特萊投資有限公司(“山特萊公司”)與愛思開綜合化學投資(中國)有限公司(SK Global Chemical (China) Holding Co., Ltd.)(“SKGC公司”)在江蘇省連雲港市徐圩新區簽署《合作諒解備忘錄》。
鑑於SKGC公司與山特萊公司有意結合各自的強勢和優點，由山特萊公司與SKGC公司或其關聯公司在江蘇省連雲港市徐圩新區內共同投資合資公司(“合資公司”)，以建設、運營乙烯丙烯酸共聚物(“EAA”)裝置項目，計劃EAA裝置生產規模為4萬噸/年，投資總額約1.63億美元。
EAA由乙烯和冰晶級丙烯酸高温高壓自由基聚合而成，分子結構類似低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)，其強度高於LDPE，且具有卓越的粘合性能。EAA具有極佳的熱封性、抗撕裂性、隔絕空氣和水汽，在食品藥品等軟包裝領域應用廣泛，對金屬、玻璃等有卓越的粘合能力，也可應用於電線電纜、鋼鐵塗料。目前，中國國內EAA依賴進口，本項目是SKGC公司在全球的第三套裝置，亞洲首套裝置。
SKGC公司是韓國SK綜合化學(SK Global Chemical)在中國境內設立的獨資性法人。SK綜合化學隸屬於世界500強企業SK集團，作為SK集團能源化工版塊的代表企業SK Innovation Co., Ltd.100% 控股的全資子公司，專門從事基礎化工產品的生產及銷售。公司成立於2011年，公司註冊資本1300億韓幣，企業類型為製造業，經營範圍為基礎有機石化產品製造、石油煉製。
SK綜合化學通過“基於技術確保市場競爭力，以中國為中心加速全球增長”的戰略，為客户和市場提供多種產品和解決方案，已發展成為以技術為基礎的“國際化工企業”。
此次對外投資是公司實施以輕質化原料為核心，打造產業化、規模化、科技化的化學新材產業鏈戰略，以合作發展方式實施的重要措施。
