嘉化能源(600273.SH):子公司擬出資1.5億美元設立浙江嘉佳興成新材料
格隆匯3月11日丨嘉化能源(600273.SH)公佈,根據公司經營計劃和未來發展戰略,為增加進出口貿易業務及對外投資的需要,公司的境外全資子公司嘉佳興成有限公司擬出資美元1.5億元(折算人民幣約為97.3395億元),成立全資孫公司浙江嘉佳興成新材料有限公司(註冊資本美元1.5億元,折算人民幣約為97.3395億元)。
擬設立孫公司浙江嘉佳興成新材料有限公司;經營範圍:化工產品生產(不含許可類化工產品);化工產品銷售(不含許可類化工產品)(除依法須經批准的項目外,憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)。許可項目:貨物進出口(依法須經批准的項目,經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動,具體經營項目以審批結果為準)。
此次對外投資設立全資孫公司是公司經營計劃和未來戰略發展的需要,便於更好地拓展公司進出口業務以及應對未來對外投資的需要。
