格隆匯3月11日丨聯明股份(603006.SH)公佈,2021年3月11日,公司收到中國證監會出具的《中國證監會行政許可申請補正通知書》(210564號)(“《補正通知書》”)。中國證監會依法對公司提交的《上海聯明機械股份有限公司上市公司發行股份購買資產核准》行政許可申請材料進行了審查,並要求公司在《補正通知書》發出之日起30個工作日內向中國證監會行政許可申請受理部門報送有關補正材料。公司將嚴格按照《補正通知書》的要求,積極準備補正材料並及時報送。
