《大行报告》花旗:太古地产(01972.HK)去年基本纯利高预期3% 维持「买入」评级
花旗发表报告指,太古地产(01972.HK)去年核心纯利为126.79亿元人民币,按年下跌47%,若撇除出售投资物业的收益,基本纯利为70.89亿元,按年下跌7%,但仍较该行预期的68.79亿元高3%。
该行表示,太地中国业务有良好表现,减轻了香港业务表现疲弱的影响。而集团去年全年每股派息0.91元,按年增长3%,在目前艰难的经营环境下是有惊喜。
花旗维持太古地产股份「买入」评级,目标价26.3元。
