格隆匯 3 月 10日丨藍光嘉寶服務(02606.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2020年12月31日止12個月，公司收入總額為人民幣27.34億元(單位下同)，同比增長30.17%；毛利為9.76億元，同比增長28.34%；公司所有者應占年度利潤為5.33億元，同比增長24.15%，每股收益為2.99元。
截至2020年12月31日止年度，物業管理服務、諮詢服務及社區增值服務產生的收入分別佔收入總額的約54.6%、22.6%及22.8%。其中，物業管理服務產生的收入為14.92億元，同比增長約30.9%。
以住宅為核心，堅持業務高質量穩步擴張
2020年，集團在"1+1+N"戰略佈局下，全面鞏固中國西南地區領先優勢，聚焦華東發展，拓展全國地理分佈。於有關年度，本集團通過管理母公司開發並交付的物業、併購、與第三方物業開發商戰略合作、招投標、與業委會訂立服務合同等多種形式，擴大業務規模。截至2020年12月31日，集團在管建築面積及合約面積分別為1.299億平方米和2.137億平方米，較2019年分別增長約81.2%和82.8%。
發揚商業管理基因與優勢，兑現可觀運營價值
集團擁有20年的商業運營服務經驗，專注於服務商業街區、專業市場、社區商業、寫字樓、公寓等各類商業業態項目。本集團商業業態項目合約面積約640萬平方米，其中重點商業運營項目62個。公司運營的成都金荷花服裝專業市場、耍都春江花月特色街區、成都香檳廣場商業及辦公樓、成都空港總部基地等項目，商業潛力巨大，具有強大的經濟價值，已形成成都重要的特色視窗。
創新"嘉寶生活家"增值服務模式，構建全生命週期住宅生活價值鏈
集團的"嘉寶生活家"移動應用程序致力於構建包括居家生活產品、家政服務和清潔、房屋裝修和維護、固定資產管理等在內的全生命週期、綜合服務模式。截至2020年12月31日，集團的"嘉寶生活家"移動應用程序累計吸引了近100萬名註冊用户。集團提供包括居家生活產品、家政及維修服務、旅遊、汽車保養等。於有關年度，集團於拎包入住、定製精裝創新業務錄得銷量突破，其住宅物業代理、房屋經紀、車位銷售業務同步壯大。2020年，集團錄得社區增值服務收入人民幣6.245億元，同比增長約39.0%。通過多元化社區增值服務組合，集團構建起更豐富的盈利模式和更穩健的盈利結構。
