俊知集團(01300.HK)預計年度虧損約1.4億元
格隆匯 3 月 10日丨俊知集團(01300.HK)公佈，全球的疫情阻礙各國電訊商2020年第一季度5G基站建設進度，集團的訂單因而受到影響，疫情亦短暫擾亂了集團生產、上游的供應鏈。2020年下半年中國國內疫情回穩使集團銷售大幅改善。因此，集團預期2020年下半年營業額約人民幣17.1億元對比2020年上半年約人民幣11.6億元，上升48.0%，但公司預期2020年年度營業額仍不及2019年年度水平。
公司預期2020年年度錄得虧損約人民幣1.4億元，相較2019年年度錄得年內溢利約人民幣3.6億元。集團2020年年度除税後及減值虧損前的經營溢利為約人民幣3億元，同比較2019年年度除税後及減值虧損前的經營溢利(約人民幣4.1億元)下跌27.5%。
2020年年度虧損主要由於以下因素所致：
(a)集團預期2020年年度錄得營業額約人民幣28.7億元，同比較2019年年度的營業額(約人民幣35.4億元)下跌18.9%。集團預期2020年年度毛利約人民幣5.1億元，同比較2019年年度的毛利(約人民幣6.8億元)下跌24.3%；
(b)公司2020年年度應收賬款中，中國三大電訊商及鐵塔公司佔應收賬款總額98.5%。公司一般給予客户介乎180日至360日的信貸期。因應疫情公司容許中國三大電訊商及鐵塔公司享有更寛松的信貸措施，使貿易應收款項餘額增加及賬齡增長，因此透過應用香港財務報吿準則第9號計算貿易應收款項的預期信貸虧損時，根據集團的初步評估2020年年度預期信貸虧損模式下的減值虧損扣除回撥約人民幣1.9億元，同比較2019年年度的預期信貸虧損模式下的減值虧損扣除回撥(約人民幣0.5億元)增加約人民幣1.4億元；及
(c)疫情不利於全球經濟增長預測，因此集團在進行資產評估時更新了預測數據以反映相關的影響。根據初步評估，集團管理層估計應就2020年年度因商譽及無形資產作出減值虧損約人民幣2.5億元(2019年年度：無)。截至2020年12月31日，集團的商譽及無形資產分別為零及約人民幣0.1億(截至2019年12月31日：分別為約人民幣1.6億元及約人民幣1.3億元)，因此集團不會預期未來有大幅度商譽或無形資產減值虧損，將來的無形資產攤銷亦會大幅減少。
