《大行報告》匯豐研究上調九倉(00004.HK)目標價至19.7元 評級「持有」
匯豐研究發表報告表示,九倉(00004.HK)去年下半年業績強勁,錄得基本利潤為42億元,相對於上半年錄蝕11億元,其盈利表現逆轉及派息大致符預期。
該行又指,九倉去年來自股票投資之收益最令市場驚喜,但認為如果公司將資金分配給擁有良好成功記錄的核心房地產業務,對其前景更感樂觀,又相信其現價已反映復甦的預期,短期內缺乏股價催化劑。
該行上調其2021至2022年度盈利預測1%至8%,目標價由18.2元升至19.7元,維持「持有」評級。
