新股配售 | 朝雲集團一手中籤率50%，國配13.8倍，有綠鞋，穩價人是大摩
uSMART盈立智投3月9日消息，朝雲集團(6601 HK)公佈中籤結果，並將於今日下午16:15-18:30分進行暗盤交易。
【配售小結】
①認購熱情繼續回調：即便有"立白"光環，蚊香市佔率第一，朝雲集團的公開認購熱情一般，公開認購倍數爲172.32倍，申購人數約26.8萬名，乙組僅3,754名，遠不及對標的藍月亮(逾45萬人申購，乙組1.4萬人)。
②國配13.8倍，貨源集中：沒有基石加持，朝雲集團的國配認購倍數爲13.8倍，略高於藍月亮(12倍)，亦高於此前的賽生藥業(10倍)。國配前25名承配人合共鎖定53.43%的發行股份，貨源集中。
③分配傾向一手黨，乙組打和點低：一手中籤率50%，申購30手穩中1手，乙組獲配28-700手不等，打和點約3.5%左右，從以往的案例來看(非冷門小票)，打和點低或對首日漲幅略有抑制。
④大盤情緒：自2月25日以來，美債收益率飆升，打壓科技股、消費股等高估值板塊，不過，今日有所反彈。
⑤有綠鞋，穩價人系摩根士丹利：國際發售獲超額分配5000萬股股份，有15%的綠鞋子彈，穩價人系摩根士丹利，從歷史項目來看，回撥比例高的票，若首日不幸出現破發，大摩也難力挽狂瀾。
