市区重建局大角咀橡树街/埃华街发展项目今日截收合作发展意向书,现场所见最少收十意向,包括莱蒙国际(03688.HK)、其士国际(00025.HK)及华懋集团、碧桂园(02007.HK)、旭晖(00884.HK)及英皇国际(00163.HK)。
英皇国际物业主管区芷晴指地皮规模适中且交通完善,集团一直有积极与市建局合作。项目於2018年3月展开,地盘面积为619平方米,项目完成後预计可提供上限为5,571平方米的总楼面面积。(el/a) ~
