沛然環保(08320.HK)與金融公關訂立戰略合作備忘錄
格隆匯 3 月 9日丨沛然環保(08320.HK)宣佈，於2021年3月9日，公司已與金融公關(香港)有限公司("金融公關")訂立戰略合作備忘錄。
根據戰略合作備忘錄，集團與金融公關將合辦公開論壇及頒獎典禮，藉此促進綠色金融、可持續發展諮詢，以及環境、社會及管治顧問服務。新合作將受惠於中國內地、香港、澳門、台灣及其他亞太地區的政府及企業實施的二氧化碳減排政策，並制定策略及實施方案，務求透過減碳排以實現碳中和。有關計劃將主要向在聯交所、上海證券交易所及深圳證券交易所上市的公司推廣。
據悉，金融公關為於2012年6月在香港註冊成立的有限公司，為一家亞洲綜合性資本市場專業服務公司，其集投資關係、企業推廣、財經媒體公共關係及網上媒體發佈於一身。其控股公司上海獅華信息技術服務股份有限公司為一家在中國中小企業股份轉讓系統掛牌的公司(股份代號：837778)，並主要由藍色光標(300058.SZ)持有。金融公關乃透過靈活及創新意念為持份者提供雙贏解決方案的專家。自2013年起，彼等憑藉專業知識及廣泛網絡的優勢，透過每年籌辦各種投資會議及獎項作出貢獻，吸引過百公司及投資者就投資主題及戰略交換意見。其已成為亞洲市場上有效且廣受認可的交流平台。
公司一直尋找機會充份發揮投資的潛在價值，以期提升股東回報。公司與金融公關之間的合作涉及集團的環境、社會及管治顧問專業知識以及金融公關在亞洲主要金融市場的上市公司及傳媒機構網絡。集團相信，該合作將進一步鞏固集團作為環境、社會及管治及可持續發展顧問服務供應商的領導地位，以及補充集團現有的環境、社會及管治專業知識並提升其服務水平，從而加強集團的可持續發展戰略及環境、社會及管治顧問業務分部，並在日漸激烈的競爭環境中佔一席位。經考慮上述理由及裨益，董事認為戰略合作備忘錄的條款及其項下擬進行交易符合公司及其股東的整體利益。
