東方國信(300166.SZ)擬以237.22萬元對能建數字進行增資
格隆匯 3 月 9日丨東方國信(300166.SZ)公佈，為進一步發揮公司(“甲方”)在工業互聯網領域的業務優勢與技術實力，公司作為意向投資人擬參與內蒙古能建數字信息科技有限公司(“能建數字”、“標的公司”、“乙方”)在內蒙古產權交易所發佈的增資項目的競標，按照能建數字披露的條件進場申報對能建數字的增資意向。
公司於2021年3月9日召開第四屆董事會第三十二次會議，審議通過了《關於公司對外投資的議案》,擬以自有資金237.22萬元對能建數字進行增資，增資完成後公司取得能建數字10%的股權。
內蒙古能建數字信息科技有限公司主營智慧電廠、智慧工地、軟件研發、電子與智能化、機器視覺、三維數字化移交平台、多媒體設計等業務。其中，三維工程數字化移交平台是能建數字三維組基於自主研發三維引擎開發的第一個已經落地的項目，該項目符合國家數字化移交規範，主要面向工程設計院、業主方、施工單位，用於施工現場對於三維模型二維圖紙在線查看；二三維在線協同標註；多角度多屬性工程對象查看及展示；結構化數據檢索；三維漫遊、測量等相關內容，項目於 2020 年 11 月底已經開發完成。
能建數字在雙目視覺領域進行了雙目立體視覺技術的自主實現。分別採用了傳統圖像學算法(全局匹配算法)和深度學習算法(GANNet 算法)進行了實現，最終實現效果比傳統的圖像學算法具有較快的計算速度，深度學習算法具有較高的準確性。可以根據實際場景，選擇相應的技術和算法。除此之外，智慧電廠領域主要是和東方國信進行合作，通過設計院自身的專業優勢和東方國信在工業物聯網的專業優勢，共同推進智慧電廠的落地。目前智慧電廠的技術方案上海廟電廠已經通過評審，目前正在推動招標事宜。同時，能建數字也在開發三重一大決策管理系統項目、集團綜合管理系統項目、鐵路智能侵限檢測車、發電協同設計平台、系統集成項目和全媒體項目(展廳設計)等。
能建數字為內蒙古電力勘測設計院下屬全資子公司,內蒙古勘測設計院承擔內蒙電力方面設計 60%~70%以上的份額，市場巨大，且具備強大的業務和規劃背景。能建數字在智慧電廠、智慧工地、軟件研發、電子與智能化、機器視覺、三維數字化移交平台、多媒體設計等業務方面具備技術優勢和客户資源。目前，電廠、電力行業在信息化方面一直走在前端，大數據以及數字化改造，智慧應用需求場景多。公司在工業領域中，電廠電力是重點發力方向，已積累了一定的大數據和智能電廠、電力新能源的經驗，投資能建數字可實現業務計劃互補、市場資源共享，帶動公司在電廠業務的滲透、前期規劃設計和深度領域研究方面的拓展，實現生態共贏。
