《盈警響號》新灃集團(01223.HK)料去年盈轉虧 蝕2億至2.5億元
新灃集團(01223.HK)公布,集團預期於截至去年12月31日止年度錄得淨虧損介乎約2億元至2.5億元,而2019年度為錄得淨利潤約7,170萬元。
虧損主因損益表按公平價值計量的金融資產之公平價值虧損約9,750萬元,而2019年度為公平價值收益約8,880萬元;年度存貨備抵撥備之增加;年度投資物業之公平價值增加顯著減少;概無回撥其他應付賬之收益,而2019年度為約1,750萬元;及新冠肺炎爆發導致集團若干數目業務活動中斷,集團的經營營業額大幅減少所致。
