《盈警响号》新沣集团(01223.HK)料去年盈转亏 蚀2亿至2.5亿元
新沣集团(01223.HK)公布,集团预期於截至去年12月31日止年度录得净亏损介乎约2亿元至2.5亿元,而2019年度为录得净利润约7,170万元。
亏损主因损益表按公平价值计量的金融资产之公平价值亏损约9,750万元,而2019年度为公平价值收益约8,880万元;年度存货备抵拨备之增加;年度投资物业之公平价值增加显着减少;概无回拨其他应付账之收益,而2019年度为约1,750万元;及新冠肺炎爆发导致集团若干数目业务活动中断,集团的经营营业额大幅减少所致。
