調查:54%受訪僱主表示第二季人手將維持不變 24%有意裁員
萬寶盛華大中華(02180.HK)公布香港今年第二季「就業展望調查」報告。受訪的136名僱主中,22%僱主表示來季有意增聘人手,表示縮減人手有24%,而54%表示維持不變,經季節性調整就業展望指數為負2%。
六個行業中有三個行業的僱主預計將在未來三個月招聘意欲較低。批發及零售業淨就業展望指數為負4%。服務業的展望為負2%,採礦與建築業的展望為負1%。而製造業方面,預期招聘速度將保持平穩,報告展望為0%。其餘兩個行業,即金融、保險和房地產業,以及運輸與公用事業的增長步伐緩慢,就業展望指數同為1%。
萬寶盛華大中華高級副總裁徐玉珊表示,縱然疫苗接種開始,但人力市場仍在探索不斷轉變的經濟環境,各行業的招聘活動各有不同,但仍然非常審慎,招聘步伐預計會減慢。特別是那些受到嚴重影響的行業,僱主將凍結招聘,傳統零售、旅行和酒店業的新職位空缺數量將減少。
