格隆匯 3 月 8日丨鄭州煤電(600121.SH)公佈，公司股票交易近期出現較大幅度的波動。自2021年3月3日起至公吿披露日，公司股票價格收盤最低4.56元，最高6.46元，漲幅38.63%。2021年3月3日、4日、5日連續三個交易日內日收盤價格漲幅偏離值累計超過20%，觸及異動。3月8日，公司當日股票價格再次以漲停價收盤。根據相關要求，現對有關事項和風險説明如下：
一、近期行業情況
2月份以來，特別是春節期間，工業企業大面積停產放假，疊加各地氣温大幅回升、民用電負荷下降等因素，煤炭市場供需形勢快速下行，各煤種價格均轉為下行，動力煤價格延續元月下旬以來下跌態勢。
二、公司2020年度業績預計虧損
公司於2021年1月29日發佈2020年年度業績預虧公吿。經財務部門初步測算，預計公司2020年度經營業績將出現虧損，實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約為-8.8億元；扣除非經常性損益後，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約為-8.98億元，具體準確的財務數據以公司正式披露經審計後的2020年年報為準。
三、公司相關整改事項
針對公司上年度內部控制評價和自查過程中存在的重大缺陷等問題，董事會高度重視，從全面加強內部控制出發，組織開展了內部自查整改，目前各項整改措施正在按計劃落實中。
四、相關風險提示
二級市場交易風險。2021年3月3日至公吿披露日，公司股票連續三個交易日漲停，股票價格區間漲幅累計達38.63%。2021年3月8日，公司股票收盤動態市盈率-6.23倍，行業動態市盈率中位值為11.99倍；市淨率3.22倍，行業市淨率中位值為1.15倍。由於公司2020年前三季度虧損，市盈率不具可比性，市淨率處於同行業較高水平，期間公司基本面未發生改變，公司特別提醒投資者注意二級市場交易風險。
