格隆匯 3 月 8日丨金能科技(603113.SH)公佈，公司第三屆董事會第三十四次會議審議通過了《關於變更公司營業範圍的議案》、《關於修改公司章程的議案》以及《關於授權辦理工商登記事宜的議案》，現將相關內容公吿如下：
根據公司的經營發展需要，公司擬對經營範圍進行變更，並擬對《公司章程》中關於營業範圍相關內容作出修改。《公司章程》具體修訂如下：
修改前內容，第十三條經依法登記，公司的經營範圍：粗苯、焦爐煤氣、煤焦油、硫磺、巴豆醛、甲苯、二甲苯、純苯、重質苯、氫氣、萘、洗油、粗酚、焦油瀝青、蒽油、輕油(苯)、甲醇、雜醇(甲醇)、液氧、液氨、氮氣(壓縮)、對甲酚、硫酸、對甲苯磺酸、混酚生產、銷售(有效期限以許可證為準)；煤炭批發經營；炭黑、冶金焦炭、炭黑焦油、硫銨、硫酸鈉、亞硫酸鈉、無水硫酸鈉、白炭黑、泡花鹼、食品添加劑二氧化硅、飼料添加劑二氧化硅、食品添加劑山梨酸、飼料添加劑山梨酸、食品添加劑山梨酸鉀、飼料添加劑山梨酸鉀的生產銷售(不含危險化學品)；城市供熱；電力生產；本企業產品的技術研發；經營本企業生產、科研所需的原輔材料、儀器儀表、機械設備、零配件及技術的進出口業務；機械設備租賃(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
修改後內容，第十三條經依法登記，公司的經營範圍：一般項目：煤炭及製品銷售；專用化學產品製造(不含危險化學品)；專用化學產品銷售(不含危險化學品)；煉焦；鑄造用造型材料生產；鑄造用造型材料銷售；食品添加劑銷售；飼料添加劑銷售；機械設備租賃；煤制活性炭及其他煤炭加工；塑料製品銷售；合成材料銷售；非居住房地產租賃；土地使用權租賃。(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)。許可項目：危險化學品生產；危險化學品經營；危險化學品倉儲；食品添加劑生產；飼料添加劑生產；熱力生產和供應；發電、輸電、供電業務；貨物進出口；技術進出口。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以相關部門批准文件或許可證件為準)。
