中電興發(002298.SZ)：子公司中標航空工業雲基地聯通大數據中心項目
格隆匯 3 月 8日丨中電興發(002298.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年3月8日收到全資子公司北京中電興發科技有限公司(“北京中電興發”)的吿知函，吿知函內容為：北京中電興發近日中標航空工業雲基地聯通大數據中心項目(編號：202101XHDSJ)，中標投資建設額為人民幣1.906億元，並於近日收到中標通知書。
該項目計劃由西安閻良國家航空高技術產業基地管理委員會下屬西安航空科技創新服務中心有限公司、中國聯合網絡通信有限公司西安市分公司、北京中電興發科技有限公司及其它相關方(如有)聯合投資、建設及運營。項目作為大區域級數據基礎設施(DI)的核心基礎部分，在區域中心開拓上萬平空間構建起超1500個標準化共享單元，用以承載區域數字化發展的龐大信息設備及數據。建設完成的航空工業雲基地聯通大數據中心，主要面向大區域範圍內兩類客户：一是政府(包括西安航空基地管委會、項目所在地省市區政府、國家相關部委等)、二是各類企業(包括大中型企業、各類短視頻及視頻直播公司、遊戲開發及電商公司等)。
若該項目能夠簽訂正式項目合同並順利實施，將是新基建大背景下公司自主“新賽道”的開拓延伸，切實為西安航空產業數字化轉型築牢數據基礎設施（DI)“底座”，為更進一步提升航空產業中政、企兩方的數據應用服務能力保駕護航。同時，也是公司“DI+DA”理念賦能數字政府、數字經濟的強有力實踐，將進一步增強公司在智慧中國領域的品牌自信心和公信度，促進公司在智慧中國“新賽道”上的投資、建設與運營等方面的更好更快開拓。
該項目中標投資建設額1.906億元，佔公司最近一期經審計的營業收入的6.92%，預計對公司經營業績將產生一定的影響，最終項目總投資以航空基地管委會相關部門最終審核結果以及正式簽約的《航空工業雲基地聯通大數據中心項目投資建設合作協議書》投資總額為準。
