1957 & CO.(08495.HK)發盈警,預期至去年底止年度,錄1,700萬元至2,100萬元之虧損,而2019年度錄虧損1,800萬元。
公司指,主因年內所得收益較2019年減少約2,600萬元;及主要因應2019冠狀病毒病於2020年全年持續爆發而實施的一系列抗疫措施對顧客人數及其光顧次數所產生的不利影響,進一步影響部分餐廳的有關減值評估下,餐廳的物業、廠房及設備的減值虧損總額增加約700萬元至900萬元。上述影響部分被集團於年內收取政府補貼約2,400萬元而抵銷。
