美好置业(000667.SZ)控股股东终止筹划涉公司股权重大交易事项
美好置业(000667.SZ)公布,控股股东美好集团1月20日开始,分别与一家国内领先的物业服务公司和一家建筑产业集团进行涉及上市公司股权方面重大交易事项的意向性会谈。美好集团认为受制於目前房地产业有关政策等原因,上市公司股权层面的合作难以开展,未能继续推进合作,该筹划事项不得已终止。
此外,控股股东美好集团2月7日与一名交易方签订拟转让所属物业服务资产的合作框架协议。
