超智能控股(01402.HK)附屬向關連方收購互聯網數據中心4%股權
超智能控股(01402.HK)公布,於上周五(5日),全資附屬公司祥高發展與獨立第三方就收購目標公司國雲綠色數據技術的4%股權訂立股權轉讓協議。國雲綠色數據由華偉生及其配偶實益擁有58.2%權益,而華偉生持有公司附屬北京能興國雲信息科技15%權益的股東。待收購後,祥高亦就目標公司訂立股東協議,內容有關繳付目標公司註冊資本。
目標公司於2018年6月在內地成立。其在中國常州市金壇區儒林鎮擁有一幅土地,面積約為3.63萬平方米,現正開發為互聯網數據中心。
