1957 & CO.(08495.HK)发盈警,预期至去年底止年度,录1,700万元至2,100万元之亏损,而2019年度录亏损1,800万元。
公司指,主因年内所得收益较2019年减少约2,600万元;及主要因应2019冠状病毒病於2020年全年持续爆发而实施的一系列抗疫措施对顾客人数及其光顾次数所产生的不利影响,进一步影响部分餐厅的有关减值评估下,餐厅的物业、厂房及设备的减值亏损总额增加约700万元至900万元。上述影响部分被集团於年内收取政府补贴约2,400万元而抵销。
