超智能控股(01402.HK)附属向关连方收购互联网数据中心4%股权
超智能控股(01402.HK)公布,於上周五(5日),全资附属公司祥高发展与独立第三方就收购目标公司国云绿色数据技术的4%股权订立股权转让协议。国云绿色数据由华伟生及其配偶实益拥有58.2%权益,而华伟生持有公司附属北京能兴国云信息科技15%权益的股东。待收购後,祥高亦就目标公司订立股东协议,内容有关缴付目标公司注册资本。
目标公司於2018年6月在内地成立。其在中国常州市金坛区儒林镇拥有一幅土地,面积约为3.63万平方米,现正开发为互联网数据中心。
