格隆匯3月5日丨鄭煤機(601717.SH)發佈2020年度業績快報,2020年度,公司整體實現營業收入265.69億元,較上年同期增加3.29%;歸屬於上市公司股東淨利潤12.28億元,較上年同期增加18.04%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤17.14億元,同比增長108.99%;基本每股收益0.709元。主要是公司下屬子公司SEG實施部分業務重組,2020年擬計提重組費用7.58億元,對非經常性損益影響較大。
