美麗華酒店(00071.HK):預計年度股東應占溢利減少70%或以上
格隆匯 3 月 5日丨美麗華酒店(00071.HK)發佈公吿,截至2020年12月31日止年度,集團預期收入較2019年減少大約50%或以上(2019年:港幣30.62億元);及集團股東應占溢利較2019年減少大約70%或以上(2019年:港幣12.88億元)。
公吿表示,大幅減少主要原因是新型冠狀病毒於全球肆虐,令疲弱的經濟環境雪上加霜,全面打擊社會消費意欲。加上各國及中國香港採取的防疫措施,如限制旅遊出入境、隔離政策、減少社交接觸、限制餐飲業營業時間及人數等,令集團的旅遊、酒店及餐飲業務收入急速下挫。集團收租業務的表現亦因租金下行及給予租客租金優惠而較去年同期遜色,因此,預期相關投資物業的估值亦會有所下跌。
