欧盟据报数周内就Spotify投诉苹果反竞争行为展开调查
《路透》引述消息报道,苹果(AAPL.US)未来数周或面临欧盟就串流音乐平台Spotify(SPOT.US)投诉所作的反垄断调查。消息指欧盟委员会将在今年夏季前向苹果发出文件,指出苹果涉嫌违反反垄断规定。
苹果曾指旗下应用程式商店协助Spotify,从亿计下载中受惠,成为欧洲最大串流音乐平台。Spotify於2019年投诉苹果不公平地限制Apple Music的竞争对手,与及就使用苹果透过「从程式内购买」系统向程式开发商徵收三成费用。
欧盟目前亦调查苹果公司的其他涉嫌反竞争行为,包括对其他竞争应用程式的规定,与及支付服务Apple Pay的条款。
