中天科技(600522.SH):擬使用額度不超10億元閒置自有資金購買理財產品
格隆匯 3 月 4日丨中天科技(600522.SH)公佈,公司於2021年3月3日召開第七屆董事會第十六次會議,審議通過了《關於使用閒置自有資金購買理財產品的議案》,同意公司(含子公司)在確保不影響公司正常經營所需流動資金的情況下,使用額度不超過人民幣10億元閒置自有資金購買理財產品,上述額度內的資金可循環進行投資,滾動使用,期限為自董事會審議通過之日起不超過12個月,授權公司管理層或財務負責人行使該項投資決策權並簽署相關合同文件。
