国寿集团董事长:建议加大税收优惠力度 研制定养老保险产品税收优惠政策
据《中国证券网》引述全国政协委员、中国人寿集团董事长王滨将提交关於保险服务三支柱养老保障体系建设建议。他建议,一是加大税收优惠力度,研究制定养老保险产品税收优惠政策。二是强化三支柱间的衔接转换贯通。加快构建统一的个人养老金账户制度,三支柱间共享信息,实现不同层次养老保险产品的便捷转换和退出。三是引导养老金融产品形成专属优势。四是试点先行推进三支柱改革。加快推进业务创新试点,大力发展真正具备养老功能的专业养老产品。(ta/w) ~
