《大行报告》高盛升中银香港(02388.HK)目标价至35.5元 料潜在升幅38%
高盛近日发表报告,重申对中银香港(02388.HK)「买入」投资评级,上调目标价由34.9元升至35.5元,潜在升幅38%,并调高对其2021年至2023年每股盈利预测各4%、1%及1%。
该行认为,中银香港受利率对盈利敏感度影响达到2倍,在同业中属落後水平;该行亦指中银目前预测市盈率估值较同业恒生(00011.HK)折让40%,料随着本港经济复苏,料市场对中银估值折让会收窄。
就中银香港将於3月公布去年第四季业绩,高盛料此可成其股价催化剂,从同业业绩显示,料中银旗下证券及信用卡用收入可持续复苏,并受惠於港股交投。
