健升物流中国(01529.HK)发盈警,预期截至2020年12月31日止年度纯利将按年下跌约40%至60%,综合收益将录得介乎约10%至20%跌幅,对比2019年同期纯利及综合收益分别录得930万及近2.1亿元人民币。
公司解释,业绩倒退是由於期内疫情影响,导致客户在去年首数个月经历业务中断,集团在恢复服务上出现运作延误,客户业务扩展变得谨慎放缓,导致对运输及厂内物流服务的需求减少。此外,亦归因於期内购股权及扩展仓储服务的短期租赁相关开支。
