BC科技集團(00863.HK)和意博亞洲簽署備忘錄，OSL成為香港合規數字資產基金經紀夥伴
● 此次協議標誌港證監許可的數字資產管理人和獲港證監牌照的數字資產經紀商及交易所首次展開合作；
● 雙方亦將合作開發數字資產產品。
2021年3月3日，BC科技集團(“BC集團”)宣佈與意博資本亞洲有限公司(“意博亞洲”)簽署備忘錄。BC集團是亞洲領先的數字資產科技公司，旗下有OSL經紀業務，OSL是唯一獲得香港證監會頒發數字資產經紀和交易所牌照的平台，為專業投資者服務；而意博亞洲則是一家香港持牌的機構資管人及投資諮詢公司。OSL將為意博亞洲的香港合規數字資產基金(DigiTrackers Bitcoin和Arrano Alpha Fund)提供經紀和相關服務。
此次協議標誌着首家獲香港證監會許可的數字資產管理人和BC集團首次合作。BC集團的全資子公司乃首家持有香港證監會頒發牌照的數字資產經紀商及交易所。
根據備忘錄，OSL將為Arrano Alpha Fund提供經紀服務，包括交易執行和資本引進服務。
OSL和意博亞洲的區塊鏈分部——Arrano Capital將共同探索、開發數字資產產品。
“OSL在數字資產大宗經紀領域長期處於區域領先地位。”OSL銷售及主經紀商主管Matt Long表示道，“作為受香港證監會監管的經紀商，與其它合規的同業者展開合作是我們未來戰略的重要一環。合作建立在我們大宗經紀業務的深度流動性和交易能力之上，我們很高興能為意博亞洲的香港合規基金提供服務。”
2020年6月，意博亞洲旗下Arrano Capital推出了香港首個受監管的加密貨幣基金，在傳統基金的架構上為專業投資者提供比特幣服務。意博亞洲持有香港證監會牌照，運營數字資產基金。
“與OSL簽署備忘錄也呼應了數字資產發展迎來的一個拐點。”Arrano Capital首席投資官Avaneesh Acquilla説道，“隨着比特幣不斷增長，機構投資者快速進軍該領域，積極探索這項冉冉升起的資產類別所帶來的獨特投資機會。我們很高興能和OSL這樣專注機構客户的同業者合作，有助於我們滿足機構投資者日漸增長的需求。”
意博亞洲是香港首家獲香港證監會許可的數字資產管理人。意博亞洲可以管理高達100%比例的加密資產投資組合。無特別許可的一般資產管理公司僅可在投資組合中持有不高於10%的加密資產。
簽署備忘錄前，OSL於2020年12月15日宣佈成為首家獲得香港證監會數字資產牌照的公司(第1類(證券交易)和第7類(提供自動化交易服務)受規管活動)。
