B站组联合体 斥81亿人币取得上海地皮使用权
哔哩哔哩(B站)(BILI.US)公布,与独立第三方珠海横琴王府项目投资(王府),以及分别董事长兼CEO陈睿及副董事长兼COO李旎控制的两个实体,於上海成立一家合资公司,以获取上海一块土地的土地使用权,预期总代价约81亿元人民币(下同)。
该公司将由B站持股30.01%,王府持有45%的股份,而两名管理层旗下实体共同持股24.99%。根据协议,B站承诺就土地收购出资最多12亿元,已支付当中的4.87亿元,预计余款将在3月31日之前支付。
