科信技術(300565.SZ)與贛鋒鋰業簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯3月2日丨科信技術(300565.SZ)公佈，經友好協商，本着平等、自願的原則，公司(“甲方”)與江西贛鋒鋰業股份有限公司(“贛鋒鋰業”、“乙方”)於近日簽訂《戰略合作協議》，公司將與贛鋒鋰業及其子公司共同積極探索高效、務實的合作模式，併發揮各自在行業領域的先導優勢，在新能源電池、通信基站儲能、數據中心儲能及電池回收等資源再生項目進行全面合作和資源共享，實現互利共贏。協議的主要內容如下：
1、雙方同意建立長期、穩定的合作伙伴關係，利用各自的資源和優勢在全球範圍內充分合作，共同推動新能源與通信行業的深度融合，實現優勢互補、互惠互利、共同發展的目標。
2、雙方就磷酸鐵鋰電池在通信基站及數據中心等領域的技術標準，適度定製開發、銷售和採購，廢舊電池回收等領域達成合作共識。
3、雙方建立適時、通暢、互信的鋰電、通信及上下游產業鏈等行業交流溝通渠道。
4、在戰略合作期間，乙方對甲方供應的磷酸鐵鋰電池產品，保證每年優先供貨不低於1GWh。
5、基於雙方商定的商務政策條件，且在乙方電池可以滿足甲方要求的前提下，甲方每年給予乙方不低於其電池全年採購總額一定比例的採購份額。
上述第4條、第5條雙方具體合作方式的選擇，由雙方根據上述兩項合作內容的實際需要和發展節奏，另行協商確定具體項目的合作協議。
6、雙方研發團隊將在儲能方面開展深入合作，推動磷酸鐵鋰電池在通信行業標準的研究、起草和應用，進一步深化資源共享與技術合作，共同啟動通信及數據中心適用磷酸鐵鋰電池技術白皮書的編制工作，共同推動行業安全規範的研究和制修訂工作，促進新能源電池在通信及數據中心應用的健康、持續發展。
此次公司與贛鋒鋰業簽署《戰略合作協議》，是公司與贛鋒鋰業及其子公司在對已建立的戰略合作關係高度認可的基礎上，對未來5年戰略合作的進一步深化，此次合作對公司在全球通信儲能領域的戰略佈局將產生積極的影響，提升公司在通信儲能領域的市場地位和影響力，此次合作符合公司全體股東的利益，不影響公司業務的獨立性。
