ST步森(002569.SZ)擬向南昌軒琪增資1億元
格隆匯 3 月 2日丨ST步森(002569.SZ)公佈,公司於2021年3月2日召開第五屆董事會第三十一次會議審議通過了《關於公司向全資子公司增資的議案》。公司擬使用自有資金向全資子公司南昌市軒琪科技有限公司(“南昌軒琪”)增資1億元。此次增資完成後,南昌軒琪註冊資本由100萬元增加至1.01億元。
公司此次使用自有資金對子公司增資,是為了滿足子公司南昌軒琪的經營發展需要,有利於促進公司業務的發展。此次增資系對公司合併報表範圍內的子公司增資,不會對公司的財務狀況和經營成果造成重大影響。
