泰山石油(000554.SZ)與泰安市國資委簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯 3 月 2日丨泰山石油(000554.SZ)公佈，為進一步加強政企合作，服務地方經濟，更好的發展清潔能源和可再生能源產業，推動形成綠色發展方式和生活方式，公司(“乙方”)與泰安市人民政府國有資產監督管理委員會(“泰安市國資委”或“甲方”)本着資源共享、共同發展、合作雙贏的原則，依託泰安市國資委及其下屬企業，開展全面戰略合作。合作的主要內容如下：
1、共建加油站。圍繞甲方資源優勢和乙方主責主業，藉助乙方豐富的投運經驗，在泰安東部新城、西部旅遊經濟開發區、高新區工業園、萬官大街、桃花源路、新104國道等泰城區域內多條新建主幹道路選點，雙方共同投建運營加油站及油電、油氣、油氫混合站。
2、共建生態新能源補給站。充分依託乙方擁有的加油(氣)站及下屬企業駐地等空間資源，融合甲方引導開展的城市智能汽車羣充電平台和分佈式發電項目，雙方在全市及周邊共同打造油電混合站，並逐步合作投建“油氫電一體化”生態新能源補給站，共同促進新能源汽車的推廣應用和產業發展，並在推動微網儲能建設和實現協同國家電網做好能源管理等方面開展創新合作。
3、氫能應用示範基地。按照城鄉公交試點、物流園區配套、交通幹線聯網梯次推進原則，適時打造油電氫混合站北方試點示範，在公共交通、物流運輸、旅遊專用等領域探索示範應用基地，推動氫能與燃料電池汽車產業發展；同時，發揮氫能產業優勢，雙方致力在分佈式發電或熱電聯產為建築提供電和熱、為工業領域提供清潔能源等儲能應用方面領先開展創新試點。
4、參與地方三農建設。以雙方資金、資源優勢，積極參與泰安市精準扶貧和鄉村振興項目開發，助力實施“鄉村建設行動”，加快推動地方城鄉一體化發展。
5、易捷服務項目。雙方共同開發泰安市重點醫院、學校、寫字樓、充電站、社區大型停車場等資源，根據實際調研需求，投建開展便利店、洗車等易捷服務項目。
