郭树清:互联网平台做金融业务必须满足资本充足率要求
中国银保监会主席郭树清在国新办新闻发布会上表示,如果金融业务是在网上开展的,无论是互联网平台办的银行、小贷公司、消费金融公司,都和其他金融机构一样,要满足资本充足率要求。
郭树清表示,互联网平台只要做同样的金融业务,也必须同样满足资本充足率要求。但考虑到历史的原因,给予一个过渡期,有的项目是到今年年底;有的是到明年年中;甚至还有一些可以进一步研究、适当延长一点,主要是不想影响小微企业,让小微企业稳步得到贷款。但过渡期最长两年,就要回到正轨上来,所有机构都要满足资本约束要求。(ta/a) ~
